Sugar Plum Artistry is your home away from home! We know a thing or two about luxe, dreamy hair and radiant, dewy skin. Our ultimate goal is to make you feel and look your best. A relaxing shampoo, scalp massage, and a fresh face is just the beginning! We want you to walk out feeling like a million bucks! You will not only leave with professional recommendations, but you will leave with products that you will actually use to continue looking and feeling your best! So pre-book your next appointment to ensure that you get your preferred date and worry-free maintenance!

NERVOUS TRYING A NEW STYLIST?

We totally understand! Don't worry, the consultation is where all the magic happensWe'll chat about the details of your current lifestyle, your long term goals, maintenance preference, and pricing. Our artists will plan out and customize your session, and/or decide what will accentuate your best features. Once the ball gets rolling, you're welcome to enjoy a beverage from our menu, and a complimentary snack to top it off! Sit back, relax, and enjoy this time for yourself!
  • HOW MUCH IS YOUR TRAVEL AND SET UP FEE?
    Our travel and set up fee is $100 within the Bay Area. Additional travel and mileage fees may apply beyond that.
  • IS THERE A EXTRA FEE FOR AN EARLY START TIME?
    In order to accomodate early events, the additional fees for start times are as follows: BEFORE 6AM - $200 BEFORE 7AM - $100 This fee cannot be added to the minimum fee requirement.
  • WHAT IS THE MINIMUM FEE AND WHAT IF I DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM FEE REQUIREMENT?
    The minimum fee for any onsite service is $800. When we book an event, we reserve the day exclusively for you - therefore, the minimum fee will still apply. We recommend booking a service(s) for another bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom, or attendant. You also have the option to have your services done in our Hayward studio, with no minimum fee requirement.
  • WHEN CAN I BOOK A PREVIEW?
    First, contact us to "pencil" in your wedding date. Then to book a trial, email us 4 months before your wedding day to ensure availability.
  • WHERE AND WHEN DO THE PREVIEWS TAKE PLACE?
    Our hair and makeup preview are done in our salon studio located in Hayward, usually on the weekends.
  • SHOULD I BOOK MY PREVIEW ON MY ENGAGEMENT OR PHOTOSHOOT DAY?
    Although it would be great to get glammed up for a special event, your preview consists of different makeup looks and hairstyles. We recommend choosing a separate date for your preview and other events.
  • WHAT DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
    The total cost of your booking will require two payments: 1. a non-refundable deposit of $200 2. remaining balance due after all services are rendered on the wedding day. A person will be designated by the bride to collect and provide payment.

    Awesome! Please Request A Preview using the form below. In order to secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required, payable via Venmo or Zelle. This amount will be applied to your total balance.
